Role Snapshot
Join Kaleidoscope ABA as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a hybrid/remote role providing direct supervision to behavior technicians and managing a small caseload. This position focuses on delivering evidence-based ABA supervision and treatment plan modifications to drive positive behavioral outcomes for children with special needs.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ABA software platforms; knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, and instructional methods; strong ability to interpret clinical data and communicate with families.
Qualifications: Current BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs. Knowledge of ethics, laws, and regulations regarding behavior interventions required; Master's Degree preferred.
