Summary
Senior Accountant managing the full accounts receivable cycle for Meazure Learning's U.S. business, ensuring accurate invoicing, collections, and financial reporting in a remote environment. This role is critical to supporting the company's financial health and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end AR processes including invoicing, cash application, reconciliations, and collections; monitor aging schedules and follow up on past due balances. Support month-end and year-end closing activities, prepare audit documentation, and identify opportunities to improve AR processes and controls.
Skills & Tools: Strong accounting expertise with proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks), Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools. Excellent attention to detail, analytical and communication skills with ability to work independently across time zones.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum 4-6 years of accounts receivable experience. Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and prior experience with U.S.-based companies preferred.
Location: Remote (U.S. time zone hours: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST)
Compensation: $70,000 – $100,000/year
