Summary

Join Ascend Learning as an Accreditation Specialist to coordinate accreditation submissions, maintain documentation, and liaison with accrediting bodies in a people-first culture. This role supports the organization's accreditation strategy and ensures compliance across healthcare and education programs.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit accreditation applications and annual reports, maintain accurate documentation and timelines, support implementation of standardized processes, and ensure data collection for reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather required documentation, conduct compliance audits, and contribute to internal education and external communications regarding accreditation.
Skills & Tools: Strong attention to detail, exceptional writing and organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Experience working with accrediting bodies or certification programs, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of experience in accreditation, compliance, or related healthcare/education operations. Experience with accrediting bodies or certification programs is preferred.
Location: Remote within the United States
Compensation: $55,000 – $85,000/year
