Summary
AI Engineering Intern position focused on enhancing LLM quality through fine-tuning, evaluation, and developing reproducible training pipelines. The role contributes to understanding what drives model quality, reliability, and cost within a collaborative team environment.
Skills & Tools: Strong Python proficiency, solid ML fundamentals including training loops and evaluation methodology, familiarity with transformer-based LLMs and Hugging Face ecosystem, and proficiency with AI coding assistants. Ability to reason about metrics, trade-offs, dataset bias, and write clean, testable code.
Qualifications: Currently pursuing a BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience. Must be able to travel occasionally for business needs and work onsite in a hybrid arrangement.
