Role Snapshot
Join Amii's Talent Team as a Product Specialist to bridge AI research and tech talent by developing impactful programs for students and early-career professionals. You'll drive program excellence, strategic communications, and partnership management to cultivate a skilled AI talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities: Lead development and execution of AI talent programs (AICAP, Kickstart, AI4Good Lab), manage program logistics including scheduling and communications, and execute strategic communication and marketing strategies to build Amii's emerging talent profile. Provide career guidance to participants and facilitate stakeholder relations across multiple programs and audiences.
Skills & Tools: Strong strategic communication, program management, content creation, and data analysis skills with experience in talent development and partnership management. Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM tools required.
Qualifications: Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field with 3+ years of experience in program management or talent development.
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Compensation: CA$60K–CA$80K/yr
