Role Snapshot
Lead onboarding and drive product adoption of Amira Learning's AI-powered literacy platform across school districts in Southern/Central California. Empower educators to enhance student literacy outcomes through strategic implementation, training, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities: Lead district implementation projects from technical setup to user training, design and deliver professional development sessions for educators, monitor product usage data to identify adoption trends and risks, and build collaborative relationships with school administrators and instructional leaders. Serve as a pedagogical expert, provide actionable feedback to R&D, and proactively mitigate customer concerns.
Skills & Tools: 3-5 years of customer success, implementation, or K-12 educator experience with strong project management and data analysis capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills with deep empathy for educator challenges and the ability to translate product features into pedagogical value.
Qualifications: Experience implementing software solutions in Education SaaS, prior professional development delivery, and strong project management and organizational skills required. Education administration experience and start-up background preferred; 50% travel required.
