Summary

Daybreak Health is recruiting bilingual Spanish/English Associate Professional Counselors to provide teletherapy to K–12 students in Georgia school districts, with a focus on serving Latino families and youth.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based teletherapy sessions to school-aged students via remote platform, collaborate with school counselors and families, participate in case consultations, and contribute to clinical program development.
Skills & Tools: Bilingual Spanish/English fluency, proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems, knowledge of evidence-based therapy modalities (CBT/DBT preferred), and strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse families and school partners.
Qualifications: Active APC (Associate Professional Counselor) license in Georgia required. Experience or demonstrated interest in working with school-aged youth and families; prior school-based or youth-focused clinical experience preferred.

Compensation: $35–$55/hr

Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English APCs to serve our growing caseload of Latino students and families across Georgia. This is a remote role for Associate Professional Counselors only, with free supervision (when caseload requirements are met), guaranteed pay, and flexible scheduling.

Our partner school districts in the State serve large Spanish-speaking populations, and the need for culturally competent bilingual care is significant. If you're bilingual and passionate about serving Latino youth, this role was built for you.

The Work

You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students in Georgia school districts, collaborating with school counselors and families. You'll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development.

What You Need

  • Active APC license in Georgia (required — we are only able to hire APCs at this time)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
  • Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
  • Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
  • Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available)

Preferred

  • Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
  • Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
  • Active NPI and CAQH
Pay Range
$45$55 USD
