First Student is seeking a Vice President of Safety to lead safety initiatives and ensure quality training for employees responsible for the safe transportation of students across North America.

Responsibilities: The Vice President of Safety will oversee the development and implementation of safety protocols, training programs, and community engagement initiatives that promote safe practices throughout the organization.

Skills: Strong leadership abilities, expertise in safety protocols, excellent communication skills, and experience in training and development are essential for this role.

Qualifications: Candidates should have extensive experience in safety management, leadership in transportation, and a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Location: This position is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $130,000 - $180,000.
