Role Snapshot
Lead K-12 state compliance reporting initiatives and manage a small data operations team at Alma Technologies, a mission-driven Student Information System company. Ensure accurate data reporting to state education agencies while developing scalable processes and training analysts.
Key Responsibilities: Interpret state compliance documentation, maintain state-specific data dictionaries, lead end-to-end reporting cycles, and engage with state education agencies and school districts. Hire and manage a small team, develop scalable processes, coach analysts, and drive knowledge management across internal and external stakeholders.
Skills & Tools: Deep expertise in K-12 state compliance reporting (CALPADS, PIMS, ISBE, EMIS, etc.), proficiency with SIS platforms and data analysis tools, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills for explaining complex requirements clearly.
Qualifications: Proven experience leading small teams with deep expertise in state and federal K-12 compliance reporting. Strong familiarity with spreadsheet and word processing software, SIS platforms, and common data query methods.
Location: Oregon
Compensation: $75K–$110K/yr
