Role Snapshot
Studer Education seeks a Coach Director to partner with educational organizations across the US to cultivate organizational excellence by aligning strategic goals and leadership practices. The role involves coaching executive leadership teams and driving measurable, sustained results through Studer Education's proven frameworks.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with executive leadership teams and boards to facilitate coaching sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring effective implementation of Studer Education leadership tactics and organizational practices. Drive client success through strategic alignment, consistency of leadership practices, and accountability systems while building high-trust relationships and contributing to the organization's growth and research initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include strong leadership experience in K12 or higher education, proficiency in English, strategic structuring, adaptability, and excellent client service capabilities. Preferred expertise includes experience with Malcolm Baldrige or organizational excellence frameworks, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and strong relationship-building abilities with senior executives and boards.
Qualifications: Master's degree required; doctorate degree preferred. Minimum experience serving as an executive leader in a K12 or higher education institution or consulting with executive leaders, with willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.

Compensation: $90Kβ$140K/yr
