Summary

Virtual Speech Language Pathologist delivering telehealth services to school-aged children across the nation while working remotely from Michigan. The role combines clinical care with flexible scheduling and team-based support to serve diverse student populations in need.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech language pathology services to school-based children via telehealth, collaborate with school instructors, participate in IEP meetings, and prepare progress reports. Skills & Tools: Active SLP license in Michigan and state of residence with current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency; strong technology proficiency and comfort with various digital tools; excellent communication and documentation skills.
Qualifications: Minimum 30+ hours per week commitment with experience working with school-aged pediatric populations and comfort using various types of technology. Must be a full-time US resident and able to participate in case management and IEP coordination.

Compensation: $44 – $49/hour with $2,500 sign-on bonus (for 30+ hours/week commitment) and up to $250 monthly incentive ($3,000/year potential for 60+ hours/invoicing period)

We are currently hiring virtual Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) in Michigan for the 25/26 school year!

Compensation: This is a W2 employment opportunity. Exact compensation band for providers who reside in AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, OR, SC, UT, WI, and WY is $44-$49 an hour, with a $2,500 sign on bonus for providers who can work 30 hours or more per week ($1,250 paid after 90 days of employment, $1,250 paid at the end of the school year), and the opportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3,000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in an invoicing period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria. Exact hourly rate will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Able to commit to 30 or more hours per week 
  • Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence and Michigan License, in good standing
  • Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency
  • Full-time resident of the United States
  • School experience or experience working with school aged pediatric population
  • Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology
  • Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
  • Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete medicaid billing if necessary
