Role Snapshot

Join The Princeton Review as a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize Salesforce systems that support millions of students through tutoring and test prep services. This remote role is critical to ensuring the sales, marketing, and customer success teams have the tools they need to expand educational support.

Key Responsibilities: Manage user licenses, automations, dashboards, and change requests while ensuring data quality and providing user training. Respond to support tickets, communicate platform changes to stakeholders, and maintain Connected Apps and integrations.
Skills & Tools: 3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience with Salesforce certification and proficiency in Account Engagement (Pardot), strong project and change management abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications: Certified Salesforce Administrator with 3+ years of professional experience; preference for Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II credential and familiarity with Connected Apps.
Location: United States
Compensation: $80K–$90K/yr
