Summary

Wonderschool is seeking Business Operations professionals for future opportunities focused on strategy, execution, and leadership supporting child care providers. Key Responsibilities: Support strategic planning and prioritization, drive cross-functional initiatives across Finance, People, Marketing, Product, and Operations, and manage complex projects from concept through delivery. Build dashboards and financial models to support data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operational efficiency.

Skills & Tools: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with data and financial models. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels, and experience using automation and AI tools to improve workflows and scalability.

Qualifications: Preferred experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or strategic roles at high-growth startups with strong analytical capabilities. Experience in business operations or strategic planning with demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with high ownership.

Compensation (Future Opportunities – California)

For future Business Operations roles based in California, the expected base salary range is approximately $121,000 – $157,000. Actual compensation may vary based on role scope, level, experience, and business needs at the time of hire. These roles may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
