Role Snapshot

Senior Campaign Manager responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, optimization, and performance reporting. Role focuses on driving demand generation and pipeline growth at the enterprise level with strict ROI accountability.

Key Responsibilities: Manage campaigns across SEM, SEO, display, social media, email, and other channels including strategy, targeting, copy development, A/B testing, and reporting. Optimize prospecting and remarketing strategies on LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Display Network, and other platforms while coordinating with sales and product marketing teams.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in B2B demand generation, marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Salesforce), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook advertising with strong writing and creative capabilities. Demonstrated ability to analyze results, solve problems, manage budgets, and execute account-based marketing strategies at scale.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in marketing or agency roles with proven expertise in B2B marketing, demand generation, and enterprise-level pipeline growth. Previous budget management responsibility and hands-on experience with marketing automation and advertising platforms required.
Location: Santa Clara, California
Compensation: $110K–$155K/yr (estimated)

Job Description

Own end-to-end development and management of campaigns across different channels (e.g. SEM, SEO, display advertising, web, social media, email, chat bot, direct mail, etc.), including strategy, targeting, copy development, campaign setup, A/B testing, localization, and reporting. Optimize prospecting and remarketing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Native Advertising and Google Display Network, managing performance to strict return on investment goals Test and experiment aggressively to find winning tactics and strategies to grow your campaigns Facilitate segmentation and/or account selection, target list development and ongoing target list maintenance in conjunction with sales and sales development leaders. Work with Product Marketing to understand messaging and create campaign content Ensure engaging and consistent brand messaging and design across channels Coordinate with key stakeholders across the marketing team to ensure campaigns and projects are properly launched, executed and measured 5+ years experience in a marketing or agency role Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and marketing programs Ability to come up with creative ideas to capture the attention of different audiences Ability to clearly communicate results, key takeaways and areas of opportunities A bias toward execution with a demonstrated ability to grow pipeline at the Enterprise level Experience in Account Based Marketing and driving results in target accounts Excellent writing skills -- including creating copy that can drive results Ability to solve problems, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively Previous budget management responsibility and ownership Hands on expertise with Google Adwords, LinkedIn and Facebook platforms Power-user of tools such as Marketo, Salesforce and others.
