Role Snapshot

The Partner Operations Specialist oversees the execution of partner setup and application enrollment journeys, ensuring accurate configurations and clear cross-functional communications in a remote setting. This role serves as the systems and data backbone for the partnership model, ensuring partners are launched, enrolled, billed, and reported on correctly.

Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating partner launches, configuring and auditing Salesforce records, managing forms and field mappings, QA'ing automation workflows, monitoring funnel progress, and identifying operational improvements. The role is execution-heavy initially, with progression toward identifying friction points, recommending process improvements, and supporting scaling projects.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include strong Salesforce experience, meticulous attention to detail, project management abilities, and clear communication. Preferred skills include familiarity with data programs, automation tools, and experience in higher education, edtech, or SaaS environments.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include 2-4 years of experience in project management, operations, or systems support. Experience in higher education, edtech, or SaaS environments is valued.
Location: United States
Compensation: $60K–$85K/yr
