Role Snapshot
Oversee Systems Integrations projects from point-of-sale through completion, manage client relationships, and mentor new project managers to ensure successful project delivery. This role handles complex ProAV and Enterprise installations while serving as a leadership resource for junior team members.
Key Responsibilities: Communicate between internal and external customers, develop project plans, coordinate installations, conduct site visits, facilitate change orders, and solve problems that arise during projects. Provide system training to clients, verify project closeout documentation, update project trackers, and mentor new project managers.
Skills & Tools: Excellent organizational and time management skills, effective written and verbal communication, problem-solving ability under pressure, proficiency reading blueprints and technical documentation, and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with PMP and CTS certifications. 3-5 years of AV project management experience, particularly with ProAV and Enterprise installations.
Location: Dallas, Texas
Compensation: $85K–$120K/yr
