Job Description

Who We Are

Learnosity is the global leader in assessment technology, powering more than 130 of the world's leading learning platforms and reaching over 40 million active learners. We're in an exciting period of transformation - evolving from an API-first assessment platform into an intelligent learning infrastructure company, with new AI-powered products already in customers' hands and more on the way.

Our marketing team is lean, commercially focused, and operating at the intersection of brand, demand, and product. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is as fluent in the future of search as they are in the fundamentals - someone who sees AEO and GEO not as emerging trends to keep an eye on, but as core channels to own and grow.

Why Join Us?

Own a Channel That Matters

AEO and GEO are no longer 'watch this space' - they're where B2B buyers are starting their research. You'll own Learnosity's strategy across AI-powered search from day one.

Real Commercial Impact

This isn't a vanity metrics role. You'll be connecting digital activity directly to pipeline and working closely with demand generation and sales to make that link visible.

Visibility & Influence

Operate in an environment where there's minimal distance between ideas and decision-making, with direct access to senior leadership and the ability to shape meaningful outcomes.

A Digital Presence Mid-Transformation

We're embarking on a significant website and brand evolution. You'll have genuine scope to shape how Learnosity shows up online - not inherit a locked-down playbook.

Growth & Development

Develop your career in an environment that values continuous learning, leadership, and long-term growth - with an annual L&D budget to back it up.

About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager - AEO & GEO to sit at the centre of Learnosity's digital presence. You'll own how we show up across search - traditional and AI-driven - while managing our paid media agency and optimising the website for conversion. You'll also line manage our Digital Marketing Executive.

You'll report into the VP of Marketing and work closely with content, demand generation, sales and product to build a connected, measurable digital engine.

This is a role for someone who is genuinely excited about where search is heading, who can execute with precision today while building strategy for tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

  • AEO & GEO: Own and grow Learnosity's presence in AI-powered search - ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and what comes next. Develop and execute a roadmap of experiments to improve answer engine performance and discoverability.
  • SEO: Own Learnosity's organic search strategy - working with SEO consultant to execute across keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO, and content briefing, with a sharp focus on qualified inbound traffic and pipeline contribution.
  • Paid Media: Manage our paid media agency across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, setting strategy, reviewing performance, and holding them accountable to CPL and SQL targets.
  • CRO & Website: Own the website as a conversion asset - landing page performance, A/B testing, UX improvements, and on-site analytics.
  • Performance Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that connect digital activity to pipeline metrics; bring actionable recommendations, not just numbers.
  • Line Management: Manage and develop our Digital Marketing Executive.

Experience & Skills

Required:

  • Proven, hands-on AEO and/or GEO experience - you've actually done this, not just watched it from afar
  • Strong SEO fundamentals: technical, on-page, and content-led
  • Experience managing paid media agencies or running Google/LinkedIn Ads campaigns yourself
  • CRO experience and comfort with website analytics (GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs or similar)
  • 5+ years in B2B digital marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech
  • Comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow - not as a novelty, but as standard practice
  • Excellent communicator - comfortable presenting data and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with HubSpot (marketing automation)
  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM)
  • Familiarity with NLP, vector search, or RAG concepts
  • Line management experience
  • EdTech or adjacent B2B industry background

Our Values

We are a values-driven company, and how we work matters as much as what we build:

  • We live to learn
  • We aim higher
  • We do the right thing
  • Our success is better shared

Benefits

Being part of the Learnosity team is a commitment to push yourself and those around you to do better, constantly adapt and learn new techniques, and be able to apply yourself to any challenge, whether you’re just starting out or a veteran of the industry.

  • 22 days annual leave
  • +2 days milestone leave after 3 years
  • 10 days paid sick leave
  • Generous paid parental leave (primary and secondary carers)
  • Health (VHI) and Dental Insurance (DeCare Dental)
  • Matched pension contributions
  • Career support
  • Access to annual learning and development fund
  • Uprise Employment Assistance Program
  • Flexible work practices
  • Bike to Work & Tax Saver Commuter Scheme
  • Modern, city center office with onsite wellness classes, bike storage and shower facilities with towels.

Location & Working Style

Our team is based in Dublin City Centre. We value the balance between flexibility and the energy of in-person collaboration, and work from the office at least one day a week.

At Learnosity, we are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where all employees feel valued and empowered.
