Role Snapshot

Join Amira Learning as a Success Manager to support educators in implementing AI-powered literacy solutions across school districts. You'll drive product adoption and help schools maximize the impact of Amira's reading technology on student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Lead onboarding and project management for school implementations, design and deliver professional development training to educators, monitor product usage data to identify adoption risks, and build collaborative relationships with district and school leaders. Serve as a pedagogical expert, consulting on curriculum integration and providing actionable feedback to the product team.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management, data analysis, and excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential. Deep empathy for educators' challenges, experience with software implementations, and adult training and development skills are required.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in customer success, implementation, professional development, or K-12 education roles (such as Instructional Coach or Teacher) with experience implementing software solutions, preferably in Education SaaS. Experience delivering professional development to adults and strong organizational skills are preferred.
Location: United States
Compensation: $70K–$100K/yr
