Role Snapshot
SPG Therapy & Education seeks Physical Therapists to deliver pediatric therapy services in school-based and clinical settings across California. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's development and support families through evidence-based clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct physical therapy services, conduct evaluations using standardized assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals. Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams in IEP meetings and participate in equipment evaluations and professional development activities.
Skills & Tools: Valid or eligible California Physical Therapy license with strong clinical, interpersonal, and documentation skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities with caregivers and professionals, combined with commitment to continuous professional development.
Qualifications: Eligible for or holder of a valid California Physical Therapy license with passion for supporting children in school-based and pediatric settings. Clinical experience or readiness to work in pediatric populations is expected.
Location: Santa Venetia, California
Compensation: $56–$70/hr
