Remote teletherapy position for licensed clinicians (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) providing evidence-based mental health services to K–12 students across Washington. Role offers flexible part-time work with high hourly compensation and zero administrative overhead.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver teletherapy sessions to K–12 students, participate in case consultations and clinical team discussions, collaborate with school counselors and families, and maintain documentation in the EHR system.

Skills & Tools: Strong clinical expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT/DBT preferred), proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills for family and team collaboration.

Qualifications: Current active license as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington; availability for afternoon and evening sessions; familiarity with telehealth and EHR systems. Preferred: school-based or pediatric clinical background, active NPI and CAQH, bilingual Spanish/English fluency.

The Work
