Role Snapshot
SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to implement Behavior Intervention Plans and support students in managing challenging behaviors using ABA methodologies in school-based settings for the 2025-2026 school year.
Key Responsibilities: Implement Behavior Intervention Plans, work with students to manage challenging behaviors and increase skill acquisition using ABA methods, collect behavioral data, and support teachers and staff with managing student behavioral challenges.
Skills & Tools: Minimum 6 months of ABA experience, ability to work with students in-person, and strong data collection skills; bilingual Spanish proficiency is preferred.
Qualifications: Associate's Degree preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field with minimum 6 months of ABA experience (1 year preferred); RBT Certification preferred but not required; fingerprint background clearance and TB clearance required; valid driver's license with proof of auto insurance required.
Location: Mare Island, California
Compensation: $24–$32/hr
