Role Snapshot

The Digital CX Lead will drive digital transformation in Customer Success at Eightfold by leveraging automation and analytics to enhance customer engagement throughout the post-sales journey. This role champions a digital-first mindset and owns end-to-end digital programs that impact onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities: Lead digital programs supporting the Customer Success lifecycle, optimize customer engagement through data analytics and visualization, and collaborate cross-functionally to design and improve post-sales digital touchpoints. Partner with GTM Systems, Sales, and Solution Delivery to implement automation, AI tools, and scalable playbooks that enhance customer experiences and streamline internal CS operations.
Skills & Tools: Strong program management, analytical proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfort working with technical teams, curiosity about AI and automation tools, and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements are essential.
Qualifications: 8+ years of professional experience including 3-5 years in Program Management, Customer Success, or Consulting, ideally within SaaS or HR tech environments. Demonstrated track record of managing cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes, hands-on experience with AI tools or automation, and familiarity with technical systems and integrations.
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Compensation: $90K–$150K/yr
