Customer Success Manager for Securly's Small & Mid-Market segment, responsible for supporting 200–400 EdTech SaaS accounts using scalable, digital-first engagement models. This remote role focuses on driving product adoption, retention, and expansion for schools using student safety and wellness solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Manage high-volume customer accounts using tech-touch and digital engagement strategies, including onboarding, renewal, and expansion workflows. Build and execute scalable customer success processes while monitoring adoption metrics and driving retention across a broad customer base.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with customer success platforms (Gainsight, Salesforce, customer marketing tools), strong data analysis and process automation capabilities, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of K-12 school cycles and priorities is preferred.
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in customer success or customer-facing SaaS roles, ideally in EdTech, with a proven track record managing 200–400 accounts using digital engagement models. Demonstrated ability to build scalable workflows and thrive in high-volume, process-oriented environments.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN FUTURE SMALL/MID-MARKET CSM HIRES
We regularly seek professionals with:
- Experience in a customer success or customer-facing SaaS role, ideally within EdTech
- A track record of managing 200–400 accounts with digital engagement models
- Familiarity with tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, and customer marketing platforms
- Strength in building scalable workflows for onboarding, renewal, and expansion
- Proactive communication skills and strong organizational habits
- Knowledge of K-12 school cycles and priorities (preferred but not required)
