Role Snapshot
K-12 Success Manager for an EdTech company supporting early literacy through an AI-powered tutoring platform. Build relationships with district leadership in Indiana and drive customer onboarding and expansion.
Key Responsibilities: Onboard new customers, maintain strong relationships with K-12 district leadership, and engage in data-driven conversations regarding literacy intervention outcomes. Support implementation of the AI tutoring platform across assigned territory with up to 50% travel.
Skills & Tools: Customer success experience in Education SaaS with proven ability to implement software solutions. Strong data analysis, relationship-building, and communication skills for education stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of customer success experience in Education SaaS industry with demonstrated track record of 90%+ renewal rates. Preferred experience in education administration, start-up environments, or knowledge of Reading Science and data-driven instruction.
Location: Indiana
Compensation: $110K–$130K/yr
