✨ About the Role

Verto Education UK is hiring Resident Assistants (RAs) to be based in London, England, for the Autumn 2026 programme (August–December).

The RA serves as a facilitator to encourage a positive and welcoming, healthy and safe, cooperative, and considerate living environment. The RA also assists with students' personal concerns and helps manage conflicts that may arise in the residential area. Therefore, an RA is expected to be someone who cares about residents and continuously strives to make the residence a safe, valuable, and educational place to live.

In addition to supporting students and colleagues, RAs focus on creating positive and valuable communal environments for students living within the student residences.

This role is a live-in position with night and weekend responsibilities and participation in an after-hours on-call rotation. The accommodation package includes a fully furnished single-occupancy studio within the student accommodation location. The studio includes access to a fridge, freezer, basic cooking utensils, and a stovetop for meal preparation.

The Resident Assistant reports directly to the Student Success Manager.
