Role Snapshot
Manager of Product and Client Analytics at RethinkFirst shapes the reporting framework and drives insights to enhance client success and engagement across their behavioral health technology platforms. This role leads cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Sales teams to standardize reporting capabilities and inform strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Define reporting requirements and manage analytics integration with Product and Engineering teams while identifying trends in user behavior and engagement. Champion the standardization of internal and external reporting capabilities, build standardized dashboards, and ensure data quality and operational efficiency.
Skills & Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets with strong understanding of SaaS business metrics; excellent presentation and communication skills. Track record of executing data-driven projects with ability to quickly adapt to business needs and foster collaborative partnerships across teams.
Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in an analyst function with 5+ years in customer success or operations roles preferred; bachelor's degree preferred. Strong understanding of healthcare and mental well-being markets and experience with SaaS business models required.

Compensation: $90Kβ$130K/yr
