Summary
Trafera seeks a Computer Repair Technician to diagnose and repair defective customer systems while maintaining quality standards and supporting customer partnerships. This role is essential to helping customers manage their technology, connectivity, and security needs.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair defective devices by examining components, determine needed parts under warranty entitlement, and document repair processes according to established guidelines. Install motherboards, screens, keyboards, and other components while achieving individual and team-based performance standards.
Skills & Tools: Problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, and hands-on experience in electronic device repair. Ability to work efficiently, collaborate with team members, and maintain quality and accuracy.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required with at least 1 year of progressive experience in computer or electronic device repair. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude for diagnosing hardware issues.
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Compensation: $20–$22/hr
