Role Snapshot

The Manager, Digital Client Success at Finalsite leads a team of Client Success Managers/Specialists to drive client retention, product adoption, and account growth for K-12 schools in a fully remote role. This position focuses on delivering high-quality client engagement through technology-enabled workflows while ensuring team performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a CS team, oversee client activity and technology systems (Salesforce, Totango), conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings on client health and renewals, and manage renewal strategy, forecasting, and risk mitigation. Drive execution of core CS processes, monitor client health scores, identify performance gaps, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
Skills & Tools: 7+ years of experience in Client Success or Account Management with strong leadership and analytical skills. Advanced proficiency in customer success platforms like Salesforce and Totango, along with expertise in stakeholder management and proactive client engagement strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and management experience in a SaaS environment preferred. Minimum 7+ years in Client Success or Account Management roles.

Compensation: $90K–$140K/yr
