Qualifications: Must be a full-time US resident with at least 30 hours per week availability and hold valid state and New York SLP licensure. School experience or prior work with school-aged pediatric populations is preferred.

Compensation: $44 – $54/hour with $2,500 sign-on bonus (for 30+ hours/week availability) and up to $250 monthly incentive ($3,000/year potential for 60+ hours/week). Annual equivalent: approximately $91,520 – $112,320/year at 40 hours/week, plus bonuses and incentives.

We are currently hiring virtual Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) in New York for the 25/26 school year!

Compensation: This is a W2 employment opportunity. Exact compensation band for providers who reside in CA, HI, and NY is $44-$54 an hour, with a $2,500 sign on bonus for providers who can work 30 hours or more per week ($1,250 paid after 90 days of employment, $1,250 paid at the end of the school year), and the opportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3,000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in a pay period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria. Exact hourly rate will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Able to commit to 30 or more hours per week 
  • Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence and New York, in good standing
  • Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency
  • Full-time resident of the United States
  • School experience or experience working with school aged pediatric population
  • Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology
  • Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
  • Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete medicaid billing if necessary
