Clinical Compliance Coordinator at Orbis Education ensures that students and faculty meet healthcare partners' clinical requirements and maintains compliance databases for educational healthcare partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Maintains databases of faculty and agency clinical compliance requirements, ensures students and faculty follow healthcare partners' clinical requirements, manages communication regarding compliance obligations, and may submit compliance information to healthcare organizations.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with MS Office Suite, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and project management abilities, and customer/client service skills. Database management, healthcare compliance knowledge, and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum one year of administrative support experience, customer/client service experience, and preferably background in educational or healthcare settings; must pass a background check.
Location: In-Person - OR Portland
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $38,000 – $48,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential

Functions: 1. Maintains databases of faculty and agency clinical compliance requirements. 2. Ensures students and faculty follow healthcare partners’ clinical requirements. 3. Manages student and faculty communication regarding healthcare partners’ clinical requirements. 4. May be responsible to submit compliance information to the HCO. 5. Other duties as assigned. Equipment Used and Responsibility MS Office Suite Equipment and programs needed to function in the job. Supervisory Responsibilities N/A Experience/ Education Experience required One-year administrative support experience. Customer or client service experience. Experience with projects requiring high attention to detail. Experience in educational or health care setting (preferred) Degree required. High school diploma or equivalent. Must successfully pass a background check.
