Role Snapshot
Assistant Floater at the High School level providing flexible support across multiple classrooms and educational settings at Shine Early Learning. This role ensures continuity of care and educational services by filling staffing gaps throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities: Support classroom activities, assist lead educators with instruction and student supervision, and help maintain classroom organization and cleanliness. Adapt to varying grade levels and classroom environments as needed to meet daily operational demands.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse student populations and staff. Ability to multitask, remain flexible, and quickly adapt to different classroom settings and teaching styles.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience working with students or in an educational setting preferred. Willingness to work across multiple grade levels and maintain professional standards in a dynamic environment.
Location: PR - San Juan
Compensation: $28K–$38K/yr (estimated)
