Role Snapshot
Join Reading Partners North Texas as a full-time AmeriCorps member to provide individualized literacy intervention support to students from October 2025 to June 2026, committing to a 1200+ hour service term.
Key Responsibilities: Serve full-time in-person providing literacy support to students, complete intensive training at program start, and participate in ongoing professional development sessions throughout the 9-month service term.
Skills & Tools: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities, willingness to learn technology systems (Salesforce, Google Apps, Zoom), and capability to work both collaboratively in teams and independently.
Qualifications: Must possess a high school diploma or GED, hold US citizenship or permanent resident status, be at least 18 years old, and preferably have experience volunteering with community-based or education programs.
Location: Dallas, Texas
Compensation: From $19K/yr
