Content Area or Department Brief Description:

WestEd’s Information Technology Department is actively recruiting for a Cloud Identity Management Administrator. Our technology department is supporting a growing organization and focusing on a variety of infrastructure improvements. This role requires knowledge in Single Sign-On integrations, Entra ID, Active Directory, GPO, PowerShell scripting, REST APIs, Microsoft O365 administration, Azure, IAM, and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Microsoft Entra ID administration.
• Working with internal stakeholders across numerous technical functions to develop and update technical roadmaps for IAM solutions.
• Operating as the senior subject matter expert for the IAM project.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory.
• Create and maintain GPO groups.
• Security principals using tools such as Sentinel, and Defender.

Qualifications:

• The role requires knowledge in Single Sign-On integrations, Entra ID, Active Directory, GPO, Sentinel, Defender, Microsoft O365 administration, Azure, IAM, and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Entra ID administration responsible for identification, validation access, permissions, encryption connection channels, and monitors for compromise.
• Working with internal stakeholders across numerous technical functions to develop and update technical roadmaps for IAM solutions.
• Operating as the senior subject matter expert for the Entra ID and IAM project.
• Certified CISSP preferred.
• 3 years experience with Identity & Access Management and a minumum of 8+ years of IT progressive solutions experience. 

We are looking for a highly qualified Cloud Identity Management Administrator to assist us in current Microsoft O365 offerings, Entra ID operations and provide guidance and assistance in implementing, operating, and maintaining a future enterprise-wide IAM solution. The role requires knowledge in Single Sign-On integrations, Entra ID, Active Directory, GPO, PowerShell scripting, REST APIs, Microsoft O365 administration, Azure, IAM, and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

The full salary range for this position, WestEd level (11), is $104,600 to $163,500, but WestEd does not typically hire at or near the top of the salary range. The typical hiring range for this role is $104,600 to $130,800. The actual offer considers multiple factors, including but not limited to education, experience, internal equity, and other organizational needs. 

In addition to the base salary, benefits include:

· 15% contribution toward retirement effective day 1 of employment
