Role Snapshot
SweetRush seeks experienced AI Training Facilitators to deliver 90-minute training sessions to small businesses across Northeast U.S. locations as part of a pilot program launching Q1 2026 to scale AI adoption nationwide.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct 2-4 AI training sessions per year in assigned geographic markets, adapt presentation styles for diverse business owners with varying technical expertise, facilitate hands-on learning experiences, mentor local staff, and assess participant feedback for program improvement.
Skills & Tools: Proven facilitation experience with exceptional communication and active listening abilities, knowledge of AI tools, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, capacity to manage group dynamics, and proficiency in designing engaging content.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of facilitation experience, Bachelor's degree in a related field, and proficiency in AI knowledge preferred; must demonstrate ability to manage diverse groups and create engaging learning experiences.
Location: New York, New York
Compensation: $45–$75/hr
