Role Snapshot
Senior Software Engineer, iOS at Saturn Technologies to design and develop user-friendly applications that enhance community engagement among high school students. The role involves collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to build complex, performant features on an energetic and ambitious team backed by top-tier venture investors.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and own large user-facing features from design through implementation, maintain app architecture through best practices, and partner with Product and Design to craft efficient user experiences. Responsibilities also include conducting code reviews, writing automated tests, and mentoring team members to improve technical depth and efficiency.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years of iOS product development experience with extensive knowledge of Cocoa framework, UIKit, and SwiftUI. Strong leadership and communication skills, expertise in crafting performant code, concurrency/threading best practices, and experience with consumer-facing products; knowledge of Realm Swift and Amplitude is a bonus.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience required. Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
Location: New York City, New York
Compensation: $165K–$210K/yr
