Summary

Key Responsibilities: Deliver Speech Language Pathology services via telehealth to school-based children, collaborate with school instructors and clinical mentors, and participate in IEP meetings. Complete documentation including evaluation reports, daily SOAP notes, progress reports, and medicaid billing as necessary.
Skills & Tools: Active SLP license in state of residence, current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC), and proficiency with various technology platforms for virtual sessions. Strong documentation skills and ability to follow clinical guidelines.
Qualifications: Minimum 15 hours per week commitment with school experience or demonstrated experience working with school-aged pediatric populations. DOE certification preferred; must be a full-time US resident in good standing with license.
Location: Remote from Oklahoma, United States
Compensation: $44 – $49/hour for Oklahoma residents, plus up to $250 monthly incentive (up to $3,000/year) for working 60+ hours per pay period

We are currently accepting applications for virtual Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) licensed in Oklahoma for the 25/26 school year!

Compensation: This is a W2 employment opportunity. The exact compensation band is based on where the provider resides. Compensation for providers living in CA, HI, and NY is $44-$54 an hour; AK, CO, CT, DC, DE, IL, IN, MA, MD, NJ, NM, OH, PA, RI, TX, VA, and WA is $44-$54 an hour; AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, OR, SC, UT, WI, and WY is $44-$49 an hour; AL, ID, LA, ME, MO, MS, ND, NE, SD, TN, VT, and WV is $44-$47 an hour. This position also includes the opportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3,000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in a pay period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria. Exact hourly rate will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Able to commit to at least 15 hours per week 
  • Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence, in good standing
  • Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency
  • Hold DOE Cert (Preferred)
  • Full-time resident of the United States
  • School experience or experience working with school aged pediatric population
  • Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology
  • Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
  • Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete medicaid billing if necessary
