Role Snapshot
Seasonal Computer Repair Technician (up to 90 days) at Trafera responsible for diagnosing and repairing electronic devices while maintaining high-quality service standards and supporting customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair defective devices by examining components, determine warranty entitlement and needed parts, document repairs, and meet individual repair KPIs while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
Skills & Tools: 1 year of computer repair experience, strong problem-solving and effective communication skills, proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience in electronic device repair preferred.
Location: Muskogee, Oklahoma
Compensation: $20/hr
