Role Snapshot
Lead programming initiatives and community engagement efforts for Booster's East Atlanta location. This role focuses on developing and implementing youth-centered programs that drive positive community impact.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily program operations, mentor youth participants, and coordinate community partnerships. Manage staff, develop curriculum, and track program outcomes to ensure quality service delivery.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership and communication abilities with proven community engagement experience. Proficiency in program management, youth development, and the ability to build collaborative relationships.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of experience in youth programming or community development. Demonstrated success managing programs and leading teams in a nonprofit or community-focused environment.
