Job Description 学历背景： 大专及以上学历，材料类相关专业优先。 工作经验：具备2年及以上制造业工作经验，熟悉生产现场运作流程。 办公能力：熟练使用Office等办公软件，能够创建作业指导书等培训文件。 语言能力：具备英语听说读写基础，能够进行基本的英文沟通与文件阅读。 主要职责 掌握注塑物料区域的核心操作技能，包括物料处理、物料支持等；能够运用TWI（Training Within Industry）方法论，独立开展新入职员工及在职员工的技能培训、技能评估、培训效果确认，以及培训体系的日常维护工作等。 参与或者主导物料区域的流程优化等 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
