Role Snapshot
Part-time contract Fundraising Program Consultant role leading comprehensive fundraising strategy and campaigns for the Gifford Cat Shelter. The position focuses on enhancing revenue growth and donor impact through strategic planning and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a 12-month fundraising roadmap covering all revenue streams, manage donor data and CRM operations, oversee gift processes and donor stewardship activities, coordinate multi-channel campaigns, and optimize digital fundraising channels.
Skills & Tools: 7+ years of fundraising experience with advanced proficiency in Bloomerang CRM; strong organizational, analytical, and communication capabilities.
Qualifications: At least 5 years in development operations or fundraising program management with proven ability to build comprehensive fundraising plans; preferred experience with small to mid-sized nonprofits.
Location: Brighton, Massachusetts
Compensation: $30–$85/hr
