Senior Change Management Lead supporting enterprise transformation initiatives by designing and executing comprehensive change strategies to drive adoption and ensure successful implementation across organizations. This is a bench program role where qualified candidates are proactively identified for upcoming client engagements requiring minimal ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities: Design and execute change management strategies, conduct impact assessments, develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans, define adoption metrics, lead readiness assessments, coach senior leaders, and produce executive dashboards tracking adoption progress and risks. Coordinate change efforts across multiple business units and develop sustainment plans for long-term behavioral change.
Skills & Tools: Expert-level change management methodology knowledge (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter), strong stakeholder management and executive coaching abilities, organizational dynamics navigation, and proficiency in developing metrics-driven adoption strategies. Requires proven ability to influence across leadership levels, manage resistance, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications: 10+ years of enterprise change management experience including ERP, HCM, CRM, or large-scale process transformation initiatives within organizations with 5,000+ employees. Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable adoption outcomes and prior consulting experience required.

This role is part of our ongoing bench program for upcoming client engagements, where we proactively identify experienced consultants who can be deployed quickly as new projects are confirmed. While this position is not tied to an immediate start, it offers the opportunity to be considered for upcoming work aligned with your expertise and availability. Prior consulting experience is required, as the role involves stepping into client environments with minimal ramp-up, working independently, and delivering high-quality outcomes. Qualified candidates will be contacted as relevant projects become available.

We are seeking a Senior Change Management Lead to support enterprise transformation initiatives by driving adoption and ensuring successful implementation of change strategies across the organization. This role bridges strategy and execution, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to embed sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies for enterprise transformation programs

  • Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate effects across business units, roles, and processes

  • Develop stakeholder engagement plans, including sponsor roadmaps, champion networks, and resistance management strategies

  • Create and manage integrated communication plans across executive, manager, and frontline audiences

  • Define and track adoption metrics, including leading and lagging indicators tied to business outcomes

  • Lead change readiness assessments and implement targeted interventions for at-risk groups

  • Coach senior leaders and managers on effective change leadership and communication

  • Coordinate change efforts across IT, HR, operations, and business units

  • Develop sustainment plans to ensure long-term behavioral change

  • Produce executive dashboards and reports on adoption progress, risks, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in change management within enterprise transformation programs

  • Proven experience supporting ERP, HCM, CRM, or large-scale process transformation initiatives

  • Strong expertise in structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar)

  • Experience working within large, complex organizations (5,000+ employees)

  • Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills

  • Ability to navigate organizational dynamics and drive alignment across leadership levels

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable adoption outcomes (e.g., usage rates, proficiency gains, business KPIs)
