Role Snapshot

Temporary Payroll Specialist role at Elevo Learning supporting payroll procedures and financial health in a fully remote environment. Position runs through mid-June with possible extension to mid-August.

Key Responsibilities: Process biweekly payroll using ADP, maintain employee database regarding salaries and benefits, and resolve employee pay issues. Collaborate with HR on benefits management, approve timesheets, manage overtime and PTO, and report daily activities to Payroll Supervisor.
Skills & Tools: Strong knowledge of California tax and wage laws, payroll processing, and spreadsheet/database management skills. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and Microsoft-based systems preferred; must demonstrate accuracy under tight deadlines, excellent communication, and exceptional multitasking abilities.
Qualifications: Minimum 2-3 years' experience running biweekly payrolls for a large employee count with strong organizational skills. Must be proficient in computing wages, managing overtime, PTO, sick pay requests, and expense reimbursements.

Compensation: $25/hr
