Role Snapshot

Classroom Installer for Lakeshore Learning Materials responsible for setting up educational classroom spaces at various locations nationwide. This role ensures efficient, high-quality installation services that prepare learning environments for students and educators.

Key Responsibilities: Unload trucks, assemble furniture, lift and carry heavy boxes, set up classrooms, and clean up debris during classroom installations. Work primarily during weekday daytime hours with occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Skills & Tools: Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy items and manual labor; attention to detail for furniture assembly and classroom setup; strong work ethic and customer service orientation; ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no specific prior experience required, as training is provided by Lakeshore Learning Materials. Must be able to lift heavy boxes regularly and work flexible schedules including occasional weekends.

Location: In-Person - Kansas City, MO

Compensation: $32K–$42K/yr (estimated)

Job Description

We are looking for hardworking folks to become a part of our classroom installation teams nationwide. Our local teams are trained to provide unbeatable service from the moment they arrive, taking care of every detail from start to finish! This position primarily requires availability during weekday daytime hours. Occasional weekend shifts may be required based on business needs. During classroom installations, you will:

Unload trucks
Assemble furniture
Lift and carry heavy boxes
Set up classrooms
Clean up debris
