Classroom Installer for Lakeshore Learning Materials, responsible for assembling and setting up educational classroom environments across multiple locations nationwide. The role ensures complete, high-quality installation services from arrival to completion.

Key Responsibilities: Unload trucks, assemble furniture, lift and carry heavy boxes, set up classrooms, and clean up debris during classroom installations. Work primarily during weekday daytime hours with occasional weekend availability as needed.
Skills & Tools: Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor, attention to detail for accurate assembly, teamwork and communication abilities, and reliability for consistent availability.
Qualifications: No specific education requirements stated; ability to perform physically demanding work and willingness to work as part of an installation team are essential.
Location: In-Person - Newport, RI
Compensation: $32K–$42K/yr (estimated)

Job Description

We are looking for hardworking folks to become a part of our classroom installation teams nationwide. Our local teams are trained to provide unbeatable service from the moment they arrive, taking care of every detail from start to finish! This position primarily requires availability during weekday daytime hours. Occasional weekend shifts may be required based on business needs. During classroom installations, you will:

  • Unload trucks
  • Assemble furniture
  • Lift and carry heavy boxes
  • Set up classrooms
  • Clean up debris
