Role Snapshot
Senior Customer Success Manager at Eightfold responsible for enhancing product adoption and driving business outcomes through strategic customer engagement and relationship building in the HR talent management AI/ML space.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor product usage and adoption, identify improvement opportunities, manage escalations, and build relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and renewals. Partner with cross-functional teams to unblock issues and proactively foster key customer relationships at all levels.
Skills & Tools: Excellent problem-solving in complex multi-stakeholder situations, top-level data analysis and synthesis, strong verbal and written communication skills, public speaking experience, and project management abilities. Must demonstrate attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, management consulting, or functional HR roles; preferably 8+ years in relevant positions. Experience with AI/ML technologies in HR space or fast-growing SaaS companies required, with ability to travel 10-15% annually.

Compensation: $120Kβ$180K/yr
