Role Snapshot

The Student Services Manager leads a team of 15-20 Learner Success Advocates to drive learner retention and satisfaction through effective issue resolution and cross-departmental collaboration. This hybrid role requires strong leadership and analytical skills to enhance the overall learner experience.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee team performance and development, analyze learner engagement and retention trends, and implement strategies to improve satisfaction metrics. Collaborate across departments to address systemic learner challenges, streamline issue resolution processes, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years of team management experience with strong understanding of learner retention strategies and best practices. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, proficiency in data analysis, and experience with CRM tools and learner success platforms.
Qualifications: 5+ years of proven team management experience, preferably in customer service, learner success, or education-related fields. Experience working in cross-departmental roles to drive resolution of complex challenges is preferred.
Location: Chandler, Arizona
Compensation: $70K–$90K/yr
