Field Sales Marketing Director at HMH leads the creation and execution of regional marketing campaigns for K-12 edtech solutions to drive revenue growth and customer engagement. The role collaborates cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams while managing campaign performance and customer-facing resources.
Key Responsibilities: Develop regional go-to-market campaigns and sales support strategies, partner with sales leadership to drive pipeline growth, and manage customer-facing assets in internal systems. Measure campaign performance, create sales enablement toolkits, and maintain understanding of K-12 district buying behaviors and digital marketing trends.
Skills & Tools: Proficient in marketing tools including Canva, MS Office, sales enablement platforms (Highspot or equivalent), Adobe, Camtasia, and social media platforms. Strong project management, communication, and collaborative skills with ability to pivot quickly and build relationships.
Qualifications: Requires a BS/BA degree and 4-5+ years of professional marketing experience. K-12 or Edtech experience is preferred.
