Key Responsibilities: Translate campaign briefs into execution-ready Marketo and Salesforce specifications; architect scalable nurture and engagement programs with advanced segmentation; lead end-to-end campaign orchestration including tracking, events, and stakeholder delivery. Own QA, release governance, performance diagnostics, attribution framework integrity, and provide strategic advisory support to global stakeholders.
Skills & Tools: Expert-level Marketo program building (nurture, triggers, segmentation, tokens/templates) and Salesforce Campaign management with strong operational discipline and data governance. Advanced analytical capability to diagnose tracking and attribution issues, clear communication for requirement translation, and familiarity with marketing stack components (web forms, landing pages, webinar platforms, UTM governance, reporting tools).
Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience building complex marketing automation programs with demonstrated ability to translate briefs into specifications and lead stakeholders through trade-offs in matrixed, global environments. Experience with Marketo–Salesforce integration, campaign attribution frameworks, and comfort with US-based stakeholder collaboration across time zones.

Compensation: $95K–$145K/yr (estimated)

You Will Do Campaign Operations & Brief Translation: Translate campaign briefs into execution-ready specifications (Marketo, Salesforce, audience, and tracking) & lead end-to-end campaign orchestration including tracking, events/webinars, and seamless stakeholder-to-production delivery.

Marketo Program Build & Automation: Architect and execute scalable Marketo programs (nurture, engagement, testing) with advanced segmentation & drive platform excellence through reusable assets, governance, and lifecycle optimisation. Salesforce CRM,

Campaign Setup & Attribution: Lead Salesforce campaign architecture and attribution frameworks & ensure robust Marketo–Salesforce integration with accurate data flow, routing, and reporting integrity. QA,

Standards & Release Readiness: Own QA and release governance ensuring build accuracy across logic, tracking, and data flows & drive continuous improvement by eliminating defects and strengthening standards. Reporting,

Diagnostics & Optimisation: Diagnose campaign performance issues across tracking, volumes, and attribution & deliver data-driven insights to optimise targeting, messaging, and conversion outcomes.

Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement: Act as a strategic advisor to global stakeholders providing clear direction, trade-offs, and execution clarity & elevate team capability through best practices, coaching, and complex build support. What We Are Looking For Expert hands-on Marketo experience building complex programs (nurture, triggers, segmentation, tokens/templates) with strong operational discipline. Strong Salesforce Campaign management capability (hierarchies, naming standards, member statuses) and understanding of campaign attribution impacts. Proven ability to translate briefs into build-ready specifications and lead stakeholders through trade-offs and clarifications. Clear written and verbal communication; able to ask the right questions and document requirements succinctly.

Strong analytical mindset: comfortable diagnosing performance, tracking and attribution issues across platforms. Organised and detail-oriented

  • able to manage multiple campaign workstreams without losing governance or quality. Comfort operating in a matrixed, global environment with US-based stakeholders and time-zone overlap. Familiarity with common campaign stack components (web forms/landing pages, webinar/event platforms, UTM governance, and reporting tools). Experience with additional tools (e.g., Demandbase, Gong/Salesloft or similar, Goldcast or similar webinar and virtual event platforms, Swoogo, Qualified, Adobe Analytics/GA)
  • Marketo + Salesforce depth is essential. 7+ years in marketing automation / campaign operations, including ownership of complex B2B campaign builds and governance. Marketo certification(s) and/or Salesforce certification(s) preferred (not required if experience is clearly demonstrated).
