Role Snapshot
A 12-month paid Machine Learning Residency at Coconut Software to develop advanced forecasting models for workforce management in financial technology. The role offers mentorship from top AI scientists while contributing to impactful production-level ML solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Design and optimize forecasting models for customer demand prediction across multiple dimensions, curate datasets, conduct applied research, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop MVPs and client-focused solutions. Regular client meetings and knowledge transfer activities with the Amii Scientist supervisor.
Skills & Tools: Expert-level proficiency in machine learning, statistics, generative models, Bayesian Optimization, and Reinforcement Learning. Strong Python and ML frameworks experience (PyTorch) with ability to deploy models in production environments.
Qualifications: Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related field with focus on Sequential Decision Making algorithms and experimental architecture preferred. Strong publication record and production ML deployment experience are valuable assets.
