Graphic Designer for Academian's Media eLearning team, responsible for creating visually engaging graphics that enhance digital learning experiences across courses and media assets. The role involves translating instructional content into clear, effective visual solutions aligned with learning objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual assets for eLearning courses; interpret storyboards and design briefs to produce engaging visuals; ensure consistency with brand guidelines and accessibility standards; collaborate with motion graphic designers and video editors on animated content.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), and LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas). Strong expertise in layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and digital platform design with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Qualifications: 5-6 years of graphic design experience with significant focus on the e-learning industry. Proven portfolio demonstrating e-learning design work and digital platform expertise.
Location: Remote - Remote, India
Compensation: ₹400K–₹700K/yr (estimated)

Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our Media eLearning team. The role focuses on designing visually engaging graphics that enhance learning experiences across digital courses and media assets. The ideal candidate will collaborate with instructional designers, media specialists, and subject matter experts to translate content into clear, effective visual solutions aligned with learning objectives.
Skillsets/Experience we require:
- 5-6 years of experience in Graphic Designer, with a significant focus on the e-learning industry.
- Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual assets for eLearning courses and digital media.
- Interpret storyboards, scripts, and design briefs to produce accurate and engaging visuals.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, design standards, and accessibility requirements.
- Collaborate with motion graphic designers and video editors to support animated and video-based content.
- Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other similar tools.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Experience designing for digital platforms, preferably in eLearning or training environments.
- Ability to translate instructional content into clear, learner-friendly visuals.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a crossfunctional team.
- Proven knowledge of various Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.
